PRIOR TO SCHEDULING YOUR CONSULTATION: PLEASE READ THIS
Eligibility for a visa can be eliminated or complicated by the presence of certain facts related to the visa applicant.
If any of the following apply to the prospective visa applicant, the case will be more complicated, and a waiver may be required (if available) before a visa can be issued.
Any past arrest, criminal conviction or pending criminal proceedings
Any misrepresentation, fraud, or omissions to the US government in prior visa applications, or applications for ESTA or statements made seeking admission to the USA
False claim to US citizenship or illegal voting
Unlawful presence, failure to maintain lawful status
Prior removal/deportation, exclusion or removal proceedings
Prior denial or revocation of visas, or immigration benefits
Alien smuggling
Prior entry without inspection
Use of US government benefits
Should you be interested in scheduling a consultation with our office, please make sure to bring these issues to light so we can determine the feasibility of the visa approval. It would be pointless to pursue a visa and spend thousands just to have it denied at the end.
At Vazquez & Poudat, PLLC, you will receive competent, honest advice.
